Role Description

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and reliable Bilingual Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join a wholesale furniture company serving customers through major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a genuine ability to remain calm, helpful, and professional when assisting customers with their requests. The role is fairly straightforward but requires someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling customer calls and emails from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer service calls and emails.
• Assist customers with requests for replacement furniture parts.
• Collect and verify customer and order information.
• Enter replacement part orders into ShipStation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure replacement orders are picked and packed.
• Generate shipping labels once replacement orders are ready.
• Track shipments and provide customers with tracking information.
• Notify customers when their replacement parts have shipped.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
• Follow up on open customer requests and ensure issues are properly resolved.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to follow processes accurately.
• Comfortable handling both phone and email communication.
• Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable learning and working with different software platforms.
