[Hiring] Customer Service Supervisor @Progressive Leasing

Role Description

We are currently hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah, or in our corporate office in Utah.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods
• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction
• Motivate team members to achieve desired results
• Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage and accurately document account details

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous work experience in Customer Service or Merchant Support preferred
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
