[Hiring] Customer Service Specialist @Cadence Petroleum

Role Description

Cadence Petroleum Group is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join one of the nation’s most progressive distributors of petroleum products. The CSS has a customer-first, problem-solving attitude that supports the outside and inside sales team’s efforts to offer the industry’s highest level of service and growth. Your position will be engaging with customers via phone and email, Zoho CRM, and helping execute placing orders, share sales promotions, and being a part of a Territory Business Manager region that enjoys winning and finding customers solutions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience with a great attitude
• Must have prior fuel industry experience
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Demonstrates quick problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (CRM tool preferred) with ability to learn
• Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Petroleum product or automotive distribution background is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Requirements

• Working with a broad array of independent and national businesses ranging from the automotive, commercial, industrial and wholesale industries
• Working with customers over the phone and via email to submit orders on time via Cadence sales ordering portal
• Assess nature of customer issues and resolve basic to complex problems by communicating with Territory Business Managers and Regional Business Manager team
• Log daily communication with customers in Zoho (training provided)
• Generate leads from inbound calls in Zoho for TBMs to follow up with meetings
• Process customer payments
• Receives, screens and directs phones calls and emails
