Role Description

Responsible for providing end-to-end support for our customers/communities to ensure a positive experience and that is in accordance with the Company's service delivery strategy. Establishes and builds rapport while promoting effective relationships and upholding our commitment to the customer experience through our Operating Principles, Net Promoter System and quality behaviors.

• Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries.
• Engage and build a consultative relationship with customers.
• Respond to requests regarding technical questions and problem resolution related to company products and customer equipment.
• Communicate in a warm and friendly manner through various platforms: SMS, e-chat, email, or phone.

Qualifications

• Some High School Coursework
• 0-2 Years of Relevant Work Experience

Requirements

• Virtual work-from-home role.
• Base Rate: $16.00/hourly non-negotiable plus a 5% quarterly bonus with potential for monthly uncapped commissions for meeting sales-related metrics.
• Must be flexible to work any assigned shift within hours of operation: 6:45am-11pm Eastern Standard Time, 7 days a week.
• Demonstrates functional skill to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries.
• Follows established troubleshooting procedures and produces work orders as necessary.
• Builds consultative relationships with customers to create understanding and resolve issues.
• Sets clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication.
• Takes a consultative approach to assist customers in discovering their needs.
• Demonstrates competencies of a technology enthusiast and uses multiple tools and systems with ease.
• Improves customer satisfaction and maximizes sales and retention opportunities.
• Acts as a competitive expert to compare benefits of Xfinity over alternative solutions.
• Corrects discrepancies on customer accounts and researches service disruptions as necessary.
• Demonstrates functional skill in communicating and explaining account information to customers.
• Multitasks between multiple tools and systems and applies information to customer situations.
• Educates and promotes self-service options.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured, metrics-driven environment.
• Demonstrates ability to achieve established goals and performance metrics.
• Attends training as required.
• Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, SMS, or face-to-face.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
