This role allows you to build meaningful, long-term client relationships while supporting a mission centered on protection, service, and financial peace of mind.

• Contact clients who have requested information regarding their benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom
• Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Complete accurate documentation and follow-up reports after each interaction
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
