[Hiring] Customer Service Representative Specialty - Business Banking @PNC

Role Description

As a Business Banking Service Representative within PNC's Care Center organization, you will assist PNC's business customers. On a daily basis, you will field 50-60 inbound phone calls to provide first call resolution for client concerns, technology support, and general inquiries regarding business or consumer accounts. You will support deposit, lending, and credit card products. Successful candidates should have current PNC Care Center experience.

• Performs specialized customer service activities and initiatives.

• Delivers CARES model to customers and service partners.
• Receives, investigates, and responds to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels.
• Resolves customer service inquiries and issues; recommends appropriate solutions.
• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values.
• Documents customer interactions and completes service requests to minimize customer effort.

Requirements

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
