Role Description
- Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση ιδιωτών πελατών σε εισερχόμενες κλήσεις μεγάλου Τραπεζικού Οργανισμού
- Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων αναφορικά με ζητήματα καρτών και e-banking
- Πενθήμερη 8ωρη απασχόληση σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες 24/7
- 2 Σαββατοκύριακα / μήνα (με αντίστοιχα ρεπό)
- 2 εβδομάδες αμοιβόμενη εκπαίδευση remotely
Qualifications
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Καλή χρήση Η/Υ
- Πρότερη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο - επιθυμητή
- Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών & ομαδικό πνεύμα
