Role Description

• Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
• Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
• Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
• Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Help create a positive experience for every caller

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Clear and professional communication
• Friendly, polished phone presence
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong spelling and typing skills
• Comfortable multitasking while handling calls
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Meet work-from-home requirements, including a separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
• High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Flexible and able to work the required schedule
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)

Requirements

• Availability during holidays is required
• One weekend shift per week is required
• 2nd Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week)
• Typical Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays
• Typical Shifts (Eastern Time): 12pm–8pm, 1pm–9pm, 2pm–10pm, 3pm–11pm
