[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Computershare

Role Description

This is a seasonal role expected to run through April 2027. Training and working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 6:00pm ET. In this remote position, you’ll experience our supportive approach and the ability to balance work and life as part of our global team.

Our Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our contact center where your mission is simple: deliver high quality, empathetic, and exceptional service that makes a difference in people’s lives.

• Handle routine account updates and complex, time-sensitive transactions.
• Utilize interpersonal and problem-solving skills to solve inquiries from clients’ valued shareholders.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust are essential.
• Maintain accuracy and high attention to detail.
