Role Description
- Du betreust im Bestandskundengeschäft (kein Neukunde) im Outbound.
- Du bietest passende Lösungen für Treuekunden und verantwortest die Ausarbeitung passender Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse im Bestandskundenbereich.
Qualifications
- Erfahrungen und ein gutes Gespür für Kommunikation (Deutsch mindestens C1).
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Programmen ist vorhanden.
- Interesse und Neugier auf neue Produkte und Technologien.
- Du bist flexibel und arbeitest gern Remote; Schichtsystem ist kein Problem für dich.
- Kommunikative Quereinsteiger sind uns herzlich Willkommen.
- Teilzeit ist möglich, mindestens 20 Stunden.
Requirements
- Montag bis Freitag: 09:00–20:00 Uhr.
- Samstag: 09:00–13:00 Uhr - Die Einsatzplanung erfolgt im Schichtmodell.
