[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Alchemy Plumbing

Role Description

Alchemy Plumbing isn’t just building the baddest plumbing crew on the West Coast—we’re backing it with an elite communication team. That means we need a Night Owl Pro who can handle 5–10 calls between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday night through Friday morning—and hold the line with composure, clarity, and class.

You won’t be putting out fires all night. But when that emergency call does hit, you’re the calm in the storm, the voice of reassurance, the one who makes sure the right tech gets the right info—fast, clean, and correct.

• Answer 5–10 calls per night (avg. call = 16 min)
• Book jobs, dispatch techs, update systems without missing a beat
• Keep the chaos contained with empathy, confidence, and precision
• Be our company’s voice after dark—polished, professional, problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience
• Strong typing, calm voice, sharp brain—even at 2 a.m.
• Willingness to learn our systems and elevate the customer experience
• A sense of humor and self-awareness (you’ll need both at 3 a.m.)

Requirements

• Over the last 18 months, we wiped every trace of bad attitude from our shop—and we’re not letting it return.
• Negative energy? Hard pass.
• Kind, steady, sharp, and drama-free? You belong here.

Benefits

• $18–$28/hr depending on experience
• Full training, serious autonomy, and long-term growth potential
• Access to Alkmy Sipping Syrup Slurpees (yes, really)
• Inclusion in Friday parking-lot breakfast burrito squad
• A team that actually has your back
