[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @S&S Activewear Canada Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/ Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering customer calls and problem solving to help customers meet their needs.

• Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via telephone.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external customers.
• Offer basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and website navigation.
• Consistently meet department KPIs, deadlines and goals.
• Adhere to provided schedule based on forecasted phone volumes.
• Any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills within a customer service role.
• Must be proficient or above in Microsoft Office.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
• Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
• Data driven and comfortable in an environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
• Commitment to learning and individual development.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Bi-lingual in French.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient or above in all Microsoft Office products.

Benefits

• Compensation based on experience.
• Full-Time, Exempt position.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (10am - 7:30pm).
