Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Representatives. In this role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families seeking information about available benefits
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist clients with beneficiary updates and service requests
• Maintain timely follow-up communication
• Keep accurate digital client records
• Deliver professional service before, during, and after enrollment
• Follow applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
