[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Trader Interactive

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a sincere will to deliver exceptional customer service for Cycle, RV, Commercial Truck and Equipment Trader.

• Research and find a resolution to customer concerns while coordinating with internal resources.
• Answer inbound calls, process emails, chats & text messages and make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Work directly with consumers to provide superior customer service and support while buying and selling on company platforms.
• Provide direct support for all TI products and services, including customer care, service, retention and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working with high volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
• Ability to analyze a problem in real-time and provide a solution.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
