[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @SUPERIOR CABINETS

Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will engage with our dealer customers and provide Best in Class Customer Service. This is a full-time, permanent position, potential to work remotely. Key objectives in the role are to:

• Input and review new orders, service orders and marketing orders.
• Build rapport and work closely with dealers to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Effectively troubleshoot, analyze issues, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any problems.
• Provide product support to dealer customers over the phone and via e-mail.
• Provide 2020 design and catalogue support.
• Take initiative and find creative approaches to make each customer’s experience feel personal.
• Promptly answer phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
• Experience with 2020 Kitchen Design and InSight would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and experience within the construction/building/cabinet industry will be considered an asset.
