Role Description

What you will do in this role:

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
• Provide account and application support to viewers, namely concerning software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients

Qualifications

• High level of Spanish, Portuguese, and English (oral and written)
• Passionate about the entertainment and media industry
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Familiar with digital streaming services and devices
• Positive and can-do attitude
