[Hiring] Customer Service & Operations Virtual Assistant @Neat Hive Cleaning

Role Description

Ready to help build a fast-growing cleaning startup from the ground up? Neat Hive Cleaning is a residential cleaning company based in Portland, Oregon. We’re growing quickly and looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help with customer service, sales follow-up, scheduling, and daily operations.

You’ll work directly with the owner and help keep the business running smoothly:

• Answering customer questions
• Booking cleanings
• Following up with leads
• Coordinating cleaners
• Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

This is a remote role, but you must be available during Pacific Time business hours. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong in spoken and written English
• Comfortable talking with North American customers by phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-through
• Calm when several things are happening at once
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, Slack, phone/text platforms, and online calendars
• Good at asking questions when something is unclear
• Interested in growing into a larger operations role over time

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, virtual assistant, admin, or sales support experience
• Phone support or sales experience preferred
• Remote work experience preferred
• Home services, cleaning, field service, or appointment scheduling experience is a plus
• Must be available during Pacific Time hours
• Must be available Saturday and Sunday; two weekdays off will be provided instead
