As a Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide telephone assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. Your position in a glimpse:

• Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring phone assistance;
• Kindly assist people by:
• Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes;
• Scheduling in-centre appointments;
• Directing them to another service, if needed.
• Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• You speak English fluently.

Requirements

• Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (ATL). Full-time (35 to 40 hours) positions are available.
• At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
• Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
• Training start date: July 6th.
