Role Description

We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Contractors for an upcoming customer service program. Limited openings are available, and qualified candidates must be prepared to complete enrollment quickly.

• Handle inbound customer service calls
• Assist customers with scheduling and service-related needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Accurately document customer information
• Follow established procedures and workflows

Qualifications

• Customer service/call center experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Type 35+ WPM
• Comfortable with high-volume/back-to-back calls
• Reliable computer, internet and quiet workspace
• Monday availability required

Requirements

• Must complete required background check, drug screening and ID verification
• Available Hours: 4:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
• Monday Requirement: Minimum 4 hours
