Role Description

AO Globe Life is expanding and hiring professionals to serve credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on available benefit programs. • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members through Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide individuals and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
• Participate in team training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development

Qualifications

• Strong communicators who enjoy helping people understand important information
• Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
• Individuals confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
• Candidates seeking meaningful, service-oriented work
• Experience in customer service, client advising, or sales is helpful but not required
