Role Description

This role involves moderating customer reviews and responding to email queries in both Polish and English, while meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals set by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in South Africa
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (Written at minimum B2 level)
• Completed an NQF Level 4 qualification or a Grade 12 qualification or higher
• Experience working a desktop computer and navigating multiple software systems
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday operating within 24 hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Fibre connection with a minimum 20/20Mbps upload and download speeds (ADSL/LTE/WIFI/AirFiber lines are not eligible)
