Role Description

This role involves moderating customer reviews and responding to email queries in both German and English, while meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals set by management. The position requires:

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in South Africa
• Strong communication skills in German and English (Written at minimum B2 level)
• Completed an NQF Level 4 qualification or a Grade 12 qualification or higher
• Experience working a desktop computer and navigating multiple software systems
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday operating within 24 hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Fibre connection with a minimum 20/20Mbps upload and download speeds (ADSL/LTE/WIFI/AirFiber lines are not eligible)
