[Hiring] Customer Service Associate for Travel in Croatian and English @Percepta

Your potential has a place here with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. As a Croatian-English Customer Service Associate (working either on-site in Athens or remotely in Greece) in support of our Booking.com team, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

Joining our TTEC Greece team for a season can be an exciting way to gain international work experience while immersing yourself in Athens vibrant culture and stunning landscapes. This seasonal position offers valuable skills in the customer service and travel industries that can potentially lead to a long-term career with our award-winning team!

During a typical day, you’ll:

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, extranet tooling etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in Croatian and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or F&B service
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer savvy
• High speed internet in your quiet home work environment
• Greece resident or ability to relocate and gain work authorization expediently to Greece
