Role Description

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll work with clients who have requested information about their supplemental benefits and coverage options. Through virtual appointments, you'll educate clients, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships.

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Answer questions regarding supplemental benefits and available coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication
• Maintain organized electronic client records and documentation
