Role Description

As a Contact Center Crew Member at Duluth Trading Company, you will be the front-line voice representing our Duluth brand to customers. Your mission: deliver exceptional service with every interaction. Be the go-to resource for product inquiries, creatively solve customer issues, and navigate our website seamlessly.

This seasonal position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and at least 4 hours per shift, with availability for additional hours during high-volume peak weeks. Set shifts fall within two primary operational windows: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Central Standard Time.

We are currently hiring in Belleville, WI: This is a remote position, offering the convenience of working from home. However, new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and equipment pickup must be completed in person at our Belleville warehouse, located at 170 Countryside Dr., Belleville, WI 53508.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered).
• Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions.
• Knowledge of Duluth Trading Company products.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.

• Develop expertise in navigating the Duluth Trading website to assist customers.
• Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits.
• Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training.
• Perform special assignments as directed.
• Work with the team to achieve departmental and company goals.
