[Hiring] Customer Service Agent @FeverUp

Role Description

INFO: The Schedule for the afternoon-shift position is 8:00 am to 16:00 pm (5 days/week) with 30 minutes of break.

You will be expected to:

• Provide customer service by phone, e-mail, or social media for solving any incidents generated daily.
• Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication with clients.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as incident resolutions are not constant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is highly valuable.
• Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
• High Italian level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
• Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Enjoy being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
• Must reside in Spain.
