Role Description

In this role, you will be working as a support agent recording, analyzing and processing incoming support requests. You will collaborate with multiple teams to generate great customer satisfaction with customers across Europe. • You record, analyze and process incoming support requests via a ticket system.
• Your focus is on processing customer enquiries and complaints.
• You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in customer service, support, sales, or parcel logistics.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on mentality.
• Friendly and solution-oriented conversation skills.
• Strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues.
• Native in Dutch, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Customer satisfaction is your top priority.
