Role Description
Senture delivers high-quality inbound and outbound customer care support for a wide range of federal, state, and commercial clients. Our Customer Service Agents are at the core of everything we do. They play a vital role in our success, and we’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team.
In this role, agents handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. You’ll use multiple web-based systems to resolve inquiries and deliver a high level of customer service with every interaction.
This is a remote position, and Senture provides all necessary equipment. Important: You must complete assessments! Recruiters will not review your application submission until all assessments are complete.
