[Hiring] Customer Service & Admin Representative @Simply Lawn Care Services

Role Description

Simply Lawn Care Services is looking for a full-time remote customer service and admin representative to help support our growing office team. This role is customer-facing and fast-paced. You will be handling:

• Inbound & outbound calls
• Replying to emails and texts
• Scheduling estimates
• Entering customer information into our CRM
• Assisting with estimate preparation
• Helping keep the office organized day-to-day

You will be working directly under our Office Manager and will play a major role in our customer experience. We are NOT looking for someone brand new to remote work. We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience working remotely, speaking with customers, and using CRMs/admin systems daily.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills
• Previous remote customer service/admin experience
• Comfortable speaking with American customers on the phone
• Experience using CRMs and office/admin software
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Quiet workspace and professional work environment
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quality headset and webcam
• Available during normal EST business hours

Requirements

• Experience working with home service companies (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.)
• Previous phone-heavy customer service experience
