Role Description
- Identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong sales skills.
- Digital skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- 1+ years of previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred).
- Residency in Portugal is preferred for this remote position.
- For candidates residing in Portugal, living within 50 km of the Porto office is required.
Benefits
- Gross Salary: 1000β¬ per 14 months.
- Performance bonus of 100,00 β¬.
- Food allowance of 7.63β¬ per working day.
- Relocation support includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside of Portugal (details discussed during interview).
- Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.
