Role Description

We are hiring Customer Service Specialists at multiple levels (Entry-Level to Senior) to deliver exceptional support across chat, email, and phone channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Document interactions and maintain customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist (0–2 Years Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Handle basic customer inquiries and support requests
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members
• Learn company products, systems, and workflows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom (a plus)

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Intercom
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced remote environment

Salary Range

• Entry-Level: $40,000 – $55,000 annually (or ~$18–$26/hour depending on schedule)
• Senior: $60,000 – $85,000+ annually (depending on experience)
