- Realizar una gestión de prevención de portabilidad
- RETENER al cliente para que se mantenga en ENTEL
- Cumplir indicadores de calidad y satisfacción
Qualifications
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno diverso e inclusivo
- Orientación al cliente
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva
Requirements
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno intermedio: 11:00 am a 8:00 pm con descanso rotativo sábado o domingo
