What you will do in this role:

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions, suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet customer needs.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Qualifications

• High level of German (written and oral)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
