Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Client Service Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand their options while providing outstanding customer service and ongoing support.

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll help clients understand available benefit programs while building long-term relationships based on trust and service.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
