Role Description

As a Customer Payments Service Analyst at Lookiero, you will:

  • Follow the customer experience in all aspects of payments to enable the correct operation of the service.
  • Communicate with customers on all aspects of our payment methods: sending emails, messages, etc., in a friendly, dedicated, and timely manner.
  • Help set up and track payment processes.
  • Participate in fraud detection and prevention initiatives.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their unpaid accounts.
  • Analyse customer accounts in detail.
  • Use and manage payment platforms.

Qualifications

  • Good level of Spanish and English.
  • A good level of French would be a huge plus!
  • Good writing skills.
  • A second European language will also be a HUGE plus.
  • Comfortable with new technologies and quick to learn how to use new IT tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer service department, preferably with an e-commerce player, is a plus.
  • Experience working with Zendesk.

  • Positive and looking for solutions before reporting a problem.
  • Ability to easily adapt to change.
  • Rigorous and organised; key for this position.
