[Hiring] Customer Operations Specialist @TestingTime AG

Role Description

This role involves supporting customer recruitment projects from A-Z as a Fulltime Customer Operations Specialist.

• Independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact during service hours (8:30-17:30h CET)
• Troubleshoot issues such as late cancellations and non-attendance of participants
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing
• Handle customer and user requests via ticketing systems

Qualifications

• Permanent residence and work permit in Europe
• Background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (ideally native) and English
• Passion for delivering first-class customer service with a proactive, flexible, and structured approach
• Capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
• Ability to work under pressure during peak times and meet demanding recruitment deadlines
• Ability to prioritize different urgent tasks simultaneously
• Adaptive capacity to new systems, processes, and tasks
• Interest in contributing as a team player within a functioning team
• Eagerness to constantly develop in this long-term opportunity
