  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for a diverse set of clients, ensuring timely completion.
  • Product Expertise: Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource for our customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Communication & Presence: Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems creatively and resourcefully.
  • Team Contribution: Make meaningful contributions to team goals by collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D.

Qualifications

  • Fluent level of Korean and English
  • 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
  • Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Implementation or Technical Account Management at a fast-paced SaaS company (bonus).
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones (bonus).
  • Skilled in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight (bonus).
