Role Description

We’re looking for a Customer Expert: Bilingual English B2 to join our team in Work at home. In this role, you’ll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.

Benefits

• Training and Operations Salary: $2.800.000/Mo
• Work schedules of 42 hours per week full time, designed to support work-life balance. Schedules:
  • Training: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:30 pm
  • Operations: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:30 // 12:00 to 21:30, Weekends off
