Role Description

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with members through scheduled virtual appointments to provide education, guidance, and outstanding customer service.

• Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions.
• Guide members through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support.
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.

• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client success, insurance, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
