Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Customer Experience Coordinator
• Monthly Rate: $650
• Availability: Part-time 30 hours/week
• Time Zone: CST Business Hours

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls and determine whether the caller needs sales assistance or customer service.
• Qualify incoming sales inquiries and schedule appointments through the CRM.
• Follow up with sales leads via phone until an appointment is booked or the lead is disqualified.
• Handle customer service inquiries and answer general questions.
• Schedule service appointments for existing customers.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the business owner when needed.
• Manage calendars for sales and service appointments.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Perform general administrative support to keep scheduling and customer information organized.

Good to have:

• Experience working with home service or service-based businesses.
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and nurturing leads over multiple touchpoints.
• Previous experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence handling inbound phone calls.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and CRM updates.
