• Guide clients through various stages of the travel planning process
• Research vacation options, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved resources
• Compare available choices and help identify options that align with client preferences
• Verify reservation details and itinerary information before final processing
• Respond to client questions and provide timely support through phone, email, and online communication tools
• Assist with travel schedule adjustments, booking updates, and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation
• Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing development programs

Qualifications
