• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Understand client needs and explain available benefit options
• Guide individuals and families through the application and onboarding process
• Provide clear answers to client questions and offer ongoing support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to improve performance and service delivery

Qualifications

• Confident communicators who are comfortable presenting information virtually
• Individuals who enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Organized professionals who can manage their workflow independently
• Candidates comfortable using video conferencing and digital tools
• Applicants legally authorized to work in the United States
