Role Description

Karl Auto Group is looking for someone who’s motivated, personable and ready to make an impact. This role is all about driving business through conversations — picking up the phone, connecting with customers and setting appointments that support our sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Possess strong time management skills
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow both personally and professionally
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
• Outgoing, energetic and a track record of exceeding goals
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working independently without need for direction

Requirements

• Full Time (40 hours) Flexible Schedule and work from home opportunity
• Occasional Saturday (team rotation)
