• Build strong client relationships by delivering friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with vacation planning, cruise bookings, resort stays, and other leisure travel arrangements
• Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options using approved resources
• Guide clients through available choices based on their preferences, interests, and travel objectives
• Review reservations and travel details to help maintain accuracy throughout the booking process
• Respond promptly to questions, requests, and service inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication platforms
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and follow-up support as needed
• Maintain organized customer records and booking documentation
• Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
