[Hiring] Customer Education Specialist @Arbor Education

Role Description

We are looking for a friendly and engaging Customer Education Specialist to join our Customer Education team and help us provide expert guidance and support to educational institutions in optimising, using, and finding value from Arbor MIS.

• Work closely with educational organisations to assess their needs and ensure effective utilisation of the MIS.
• Train and consult with schools.
• Support a range of managed services including troubleshooting issues, conducting system audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver online and in-person training.
• Design and deliver services to schools, MATs, and partners using professional knowledge.
• Pitch training and consultancy appropriately to users and partners.
• Articulate Arbor’s functionality, features, and best practices to customers.
• Deliver managed services for schools and partners including setups of new school years, assessments, behaviour, custom reports, etc.
• Keep up to date with product updates, changes to legislation, and new processes.
• Own materials used for training and keep these relevant.
• Self-reflect and provide feedback to relevant team members.
• Regular travel to national client sites and Arbor offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required.
• Relevant background in the education sector.
• Ability to understand and articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical users.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Positive approach to learning new things and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Experience with Arbor or other Management Information Systems is desirable.
• Friendly, eager to help, and possess a good sense of humour.
