Role Description

As a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering and processing medication orders to ensure timely and safe patient care. In this role, you’ll work closely with pharmacists and operations teams to:

• Input prescription data
• Verify information
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant registration required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• One year of previous experience with direct client communication - customer service
• Prior healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Good oral communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
