[Hiring] Customer Care Representative @Sutherland

Role Description

In this work from home role, you will have the opportunity to work with, and directly assist, both families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. This will include:

• Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries
• Providing information on scholarship application and funding status
• Ensuring that all questions are answered
• Ensuring callers are satisfied
• Helping students to be registered

We will provide all equipment, but to be successful when working from home you must have:

• Reliable, hard-wired internet service
• A quiet, distraction-free place to work

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English & Spanish (will be tested at application)
• Drive to solve problems and meet goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent wired internet connectivity
• A quiet, distraction-free, secure place to work
