Role Description

Respond to customer inquiries via chat on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, providing accurate and timely information regarding product availability, descriptions, promotions, and more, in line with company policies.

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, listening to customer concerns with empathy, clarifying their needs, and providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking orders, processing cancellations or returns, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with their purchases.
• Collect customer feedback, noting product issues or suggestions, and relay this feedback to relevant teams for further review and improvements in product offerings or service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as logistics, sales, or billing) to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of problems.
