[Hiring] Customer Care Officer @DNV

Role Description

We are looking for new colleagues (m/f/d) for our Customer Care Team in Croatia. This is a fully remote position based in Croatia. The successful candidate should be willing to spend the first few weeks in Essen, Germany, for onboarding and training at our DNV office before transitioning to remote work.

• Responsible for project execution in the areas of management system certification.
• Passionate about service and problem solving.
• Care for customers from the quotation stage to planning the audit and issuing the certificate.
• Intensive contact with customers and close collaboration with field service (auditors).
• Face to the customer, using communication skills to discuss complex technical issues simply and empathetically.
• Initiative and courage to make decisions are essential.
