Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in a call center setting or a customer service position
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Positive energy, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to excellence

Requirements

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps bandwidth)
• Occasional in-person meetings and/or training will be required at our office or designated locations
